Common Questions
Why are the fruits so light? Freeze-drying removes only water. Thus, 30g of freeze-dried strawberries are nutritionally equivalent to ~300g of fresh berries.
What kind of chocolate do you use? We use only real chocolate based on cocoa butter. We strictly avoid using confectionery glazes containing palm oil.
