Nova Poshta Delivery (free for orders over 2000 UAH)
Nova Poshta shipments are sent from Kyiv twice a day:
- First shipment: orders received before 10:30 AM will be dispatched at 12:30 PM.
- Within Kyiv to branches — same-day delivery (to parcel lockers — the next day);
- To other cities — the next day.
- Second shipment: orders received before 5:00 PM will be dispatched at 8:30 PM. Delivery on the next day.
You can also order Nova Poshta courier delivery to your address (usually takes 1–2 days).
The exact date and time of arrival can be tracked in the Nova Poshta app using the tracking number (TTN) sent to your email.
Ukrposhta Delivery (free for orders over 2000 UAH)
To the post office (prepayment only).
Dispatch — the next day.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
You can see the exact delivery date on the Ukrposhta website or in the app using the tracking number (TTN) sent to your email.
Saturday — Sunday
Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta shipments are dispatched once a day at 6:00 PM

Payment Methods
- Online payment on the website with VISA or MasterСard (Google Pay, Apple Pay). We recommend choosing this method.
- Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branches. Additional fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
You can always request an individual payment or delivery option from our manager, and we will do our best to meet your needs. Customer focus is our priority!
Free delivery across Ukraine on orders over 2000 UAH. If you choose courier delivery, the cost will be 40 UAH and will be added to the purchase amount.
