Delivery Methods
Monday - Friday
- Delivery via Nova Poshta:
Shipments via Nova Poshta are dispatched from Kyiv twice a day:
1. Orders placed before 10:30 will be shipped at 12:30.
- within Kyiv to a branch – delivered the same day (to a locker – next day);
- to other cities – next day delivery.
2. Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped at 20:30 and delivered the next day.
You may also choose Nova Poshta courier delivery to your address (usually 1–2 days). The exact date and time of arrival can be tracked in the Nova Poshta app using the tracking number (TTN), which will be sent to your email.
- Delivery via Ukrposhta:
To a branch (prepayment only). Dispatch – next day. Delivery time: 2–5 business days. The exact date can be tracked on the Ukrposhta website or app using the tracking number (TTN), which will be sent to your email.
Saturday- Sunday
Shipping via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta once a day at 11:00 AM.
- International delivery: to place an order, please contact our manager at 093 309 32 45
Payment Methods
- Online payment on the website with VISA or MasterСard (Google Pay, Apple Pay). We recommend choosing this method.
- Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branches. Additional fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
You can always request an individual payment or delivery option from our manager, and we will do our best to meet your needs. Customer focus is our priority!
Free delivery across Ukraine on orders over 2000 UAH. If you choose courier delivery, the cost will be 40 UAH and will be added to the purchase amount.
