Freeze-Dried Fruit & Berry Sets in Chocolate by Vitberry
These sets are designed for those looking for a clear and natural alternative to traditional confectionery. The core idea of Vitberry is to combine the natural tanginess of real fruit with the sweetness of high-quality chocolate. Using the sublimation method (freeze-drying), only moisture is removed, while the authentic natural taste, color, and up to 95% of vitamins remain inside. You get a light, crunchy fruit snack free from additives or preservatives.
We have divided the range into three variations based on the chocolate type, allowing everyone to find a combination that suits their taste. Each set features a unique list of ingredients specifically selected to complement each chocolate profile.
Set Contents by Chocolate Type:
| Chocolate Variation | Set Contents |
|---|---|
| Milk Chocolate | strawberry, mango, peach, cherry, pineapple and raspberry. |
| Dark Chocolate | strawberry, pineapple, sweet cherry, and raspberry. |
| White Chocolate | kiwi, strawberry, raspberry, and mango. |
Technical Specifications & Honest Product Facts:
- Glaze Quality: We use real chocolate. The cocoa solids content (cocoa mass and butter) is 55% in dark chocolate and 34% in milk chocolate. For white chocolate, we use natural cocoa butter, ensuring a delicate creamy taste without vegetable fat substitutes.
- Drying Technology: Fruits undergo a freezing and vacuum-drying cycle at low temperatures. This makes them crunchy but not hard, unlike traditional candied or dried fruits.
- Clean Label: No dyes, artificial flavor enhancers, or wax. Natural gum arabic is used to provide the dragees with their natural shine.
- Nutritional Value: Sublimation preserves natural fructose, providing a quick energy boost. It is a convenient snack option for work, after workouts, or as a treat with tea.
How to Use?
These sets are often purchased as a small yet aesthetic gift when you want to surprise someone with something new. Additionally, the dragees are perfect for home baking — they don't get soggy instantly, making them ideal for cake decoration or adding to porridge and homemade yogurt.
We recommend storing the product in a tightly sealed package in a dry place. Freeze-dried fruits are highly hygroscopic (they absorb moisture quickly); therefore, if left open, they may lose their signature crunch, though they remain safe to eat.
Choose your chocolate variation and enjoy the honest taste of real fruit.
