The store is guided by the Law On Consumer Protection in matters of return and exchange of goods of good quality.

According to the Law On Consumer Rights Protection, the store may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged:

  • food products;
  • medicinal products and remedies;
  • sanitary items;
  • non-food products: photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper, corsetry, perfumes and cosmetics, feather and down products, children's soft toys, children's rubber inflatable toys, toothbrushes, mouthpieces, shaving apparatus, shaving aftershaves, combs, combs and massage brushes, and pipes (for wind instruments), violin chins, gloves, fabrics, tulle and lace fabrics, carpet products, carpeting, underwear, bed linen, hosiery, products in aerosol packaging (household chemicals), printed matter, line and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (skirting boards, platbands), board materials (wood fiber and chipboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer), audio and video cassettes, disks for laser reading systems with recording, natural and artificial hair products (wigs), goods for babies (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.), tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.), jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.
  • Article 9 of the Law provides that if at the time of the exchange a similar product is not available for sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or to exchange the product for a similar product as soon as the relevant product is available for sale. The seller is obliged to notify the consumer who requests the exchange of goods on the day the goods are put on sale.

Goods of good quality that are allowed to be returned and exchanged may be returned within 14 days after receipt by the buyer if

  • the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc;
  • the product is fully complete and the original packaging is intact;
  • all labels and factory markings are intact;
  • the product retains its presentation and consumer properties.

If, upon receipt of your order, you see a different product, damaged packaging, or a defect, please follow these steps:

  • Email us about the problem or call the phone number listed on the website.
  • Send a photo of the item you want to return or exchange.
  • Our manager will review the request and offer several options for resolving the situation as soon as possible.

We constantly insure orders, so please be sure to check the goods upon receipt from the courier or at the post office of the selected carrier.

If you find packaging damage or a factory defect at the post office, please draw up a defect report on the spot.
